RISTRETTO

12-20ml restricted single shot for maximum punch (demi-tasse)

Short Black

30ml single shot, just as it comes with nothing added (demi-tasse)

Macchiato

30ml single shot, stained with a single teaspoon of velvety foam – no milk (demi-tasse)

Tall Macchiato

Half-filled cup with hot water and add 60ml double shot on top stained with two teaspoons of foam – no milk

Long Black

Half-filled cup with hot water and add 60ml double shot on top

Flat White

30ml single shot for a maximum 150ml sized cup (if cup is larger in volume, double shots are recommended for taste balance) with velvety steamed milk and no more than 1cm of foam on top

Cappuccino

Like the flat white, a 30ml single shot for a maximum 150ml sized cup (if cup is larger in volume, double shots are recommended for taste balance) with velvety steamed milk and 1.5cm of foam on top plus a sprinkle of chocolate or cinnamon to taste.

Latte

A medium 40ml double shot or a large 50ml double shot with velvety steamed milk and no more that 1cm of foam

Mochaccino

A teaspoon of chocolate powder stirred into a 50ml double shot with velvety steamed milk and no more than 1cm of foam
